Awesome food made with Love by Casey. Both the Alaskan cod and salmon burrito or taco (I had burrito) are delicious. He made is own horchata and mexican brownie. The brownie are to die for. Stop by, you won't regret it. Enjoy !! Just when I thought it was time to give up on Mexican food in Alaska I came upon Rojos Delicioso - a small stand on the side of the road in Willow, AK (just North of Wasilla). Stoked to enjoy delicioso grindz with local and organic ingredients at a great price - worth the flight from Hawaii! ;) Awesome food from an awesome dude!!
