H&H is a life saver. Amongst the vast stretches of wilderness from Fairbanks to Anchorage, when most of the places are closed during off season, H&H opened just for us. It's a charming place overlooking a lake. Make sure to take a look at the beautiful paintings while you're there. It was done by the owner herself. The food itself was good - we had burgers and wings. Adequate portions, aptly priced. Very old and tired building inside and outside. Low visual appeal. Didn't try any of the resturant food. RV park a sand lot next to Montana lake. View over lake nice. Road noise not too bad. Dry camping fee $30. Outrageous fees to dump tanks. Even though you've paid to stay there. Expensive for what you get. Okay for overnight in a pinch. Great snacks on our way home butiful place and great view. Not going to be going there anytime soon until they change Cooks that washes hands or wear gloves while handling food instead of rubbing their face when preparing food Great burgers and pie plus a fat dog and Hungry squirrel to keep you entertained.
